Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team of financial analysts, guiding them in the development and management of sophisticated financial forecasting models and analyzing significant deviations from expectations.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to advise finance and business leaders on investment opportunities and operational strategies aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and identify potential business ventures.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address industry-related questions and strategic options.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership to shape high-level decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent military experience.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in financial analysis and modeling within the Auto Sales & Finance industry.
  • At least three years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • CFA or CPA certification is a plus.
  • A minimum of two years of FP&A experience managing a complete Profit & Loss (P&L) statement in Auto Sales & Finance.
