We are seeking an accomplished Recruiter/HR Consultant to join our boutique Human Resources consulting firm in a part-time, remote capacity. This position is ideal for an HR professional passionate about recruitment who is eager to contribute their expertise in a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

As An Integral Member Of Our Team, You Will

  • Collaborate with clients to provide insightful consultation on HR, compliance, and recruitment best practices.
  • Assess each client’s unique HR requirements and devise innovative, customized strategies to fulfill them.
  • Engage in the development of HR policies, enhancing employee relations, and performance management processes.
  • Source high-caliber talent across various sectors, utilizing a mix of direct and indirect recruiting methods.
  • Leverage social networking and strategic networking approaches to attract top candidates.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and job offer extension.

Required Skills

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong consultative and strategic thinking capabilities paired with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in behavioral interviewing techniques and the assessment of candidate suitability.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent time management.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies, job boards, resume databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience in directly sourcing talent, particularly passive candidates, using creative approaches.
  • Professional Certification in Human Resources is highly valued.
