Job Title: HR ABAP Consultant

Location: Canada/Remote

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR ABAP Consultant to join our team for a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR ABAP development, with specific expertise in interface management and troubleshooting time management issues, particularly in relation to custom interfaces between Workforce Solutions (WFS) and SAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR ABAP Development: Design, develop, and enhance ABAP programs specific to HR modules. Ensure robust and efficient coding practices tailored to HR needs.
  • Interface Management: Manage and develop interfaces between various systems, particularly focusing on custom integrations from WFS to SAP.
  • Time Management Issue Resolution: Investigate and remediate issues related to time management, including troubleshooting and fixing problems with custom interfaces and data flow.
  • HCM Time and Attendance: Leverage experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) Time and Attendance modules to support capacity planning and manage time-related functionalities.

Key Skills And Qualifications

  • HR ABAP Experience: Demonstrated experience in ABAP development within HR modules, with a strong understanding of HR-specific functionality and requirements.
  • Interface Development: Proven experience with designing and managing interfaces, especially involving integration between WFS and SAP systems.
  • Time Management Expertise: In-depth experience with time management issues, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to custom interfaces and time tracking.
  • HCM Time and Attendance Knowledge: Familiarity with HCM Time and Attendance modules, including capacity planning and related functionalities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a remote setup.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with remote teams.
