HR Operations Consultant
Key Role:
Design, implement, and evaluate human capital programs, processes, and strategies as a consultant to federal government health market clients. Apply expertise in HR, including recruitment and hiring and related operational HR area. Apply strong consultative skills including the ability to deliver operational HR support, design and execute data collection methodologies. Plan and facilitate meetings, perform quantitative and qualitative data analyses. Recommend process improvements, compose well-written, data-driven documents, and prepare and deliver briefings for senior-level audiences. Apply knowledge of federal human capital trends and issues. Contribute to a variety of human capital projects as well as business development initiatives. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with designing, implementing, or evaluating federal human capital and organizational programs, processes, and strategies such as recruitment or hiring
- Experience contributing to projects in a fast paced, high intensity, team-oriented environment
- Ability to analyze client issues, determine data collection and data analysis methodologies, strategize potential solutions, and prepare client-ready documents
- Public Trust
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Capital Management, Human Resources, or Organizational Development
Additional Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in government consulting or working for the federal government preferred
- Experience in supporting health focused organizations such as health organizations, consulting to health organizations, and health and healthcare
- Possession of strong consulting skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
