Primary Responsibilities
  • Engage with Clients Remotely: Conduct virtual meetings to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Guide Clients Through Enrollment: Provide expert advice and assistance throughout the enrollment process.
  • Address Inquiries: Respond to client questions and concerns, offering clarity and support.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
  • Maintain Detailed Records: Keep accurate documentation of client interactions and enrollment activities.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to effectively engage with clients.
