- Lead a team focusing on the strategic development of the Rental business unit across various markets
- Manage and execute complex strategy and transformation projects with cross-functional interfaces to IT and Digital Business
- Identify growth opportunities and enhancements in international collaboration
- Lead the annual strategy process for the Rental business unit and develop the company-wide sustainability strategy framework
