Location – Remote (Equipment is provided)

Pay: $17.00

Hours: Hours vary between 7am-11pm Mon-Sun

Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities

  • Inbound calls only
  • Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues.
  • Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
  • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance.

Requirements

  • 1 year of recent call center experience
  • 6 moths of previous remote work experience
  • High School diploma/ GED Required
  • Goal-driven and detail oriented
