Job Description

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) at Hi-Cone, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth and strategic development of our largest accounts. You’ll play a crucial role in bridging customers’ needs with our innovative solutions, working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver tailored value propositions, create trusted relationships, and increase market share. You’ll be deeply immersed in understanding our customers’ pain points and uncovering sustainable growth opportunities that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do 

- Lead key account strategy to exceed sales targets and achieve long-term growth.

- Develop actionable account plans to drive customer satisfaction and meet revenue goals.

- Build and strengthen relationships across customer teams, positioning Hi-Cone as a trusted partner.

- Lead contract negotiations and communicate value-driven propositions that fuel customer success.

- Monitor industry trends to refine Hi-Cone’s competitive advantage in the packaging space.

- Foster alignment within Hi-Cone through clear, effective communication across departments.

- Utilize ITW’s Enterprise Strategy and Business Model, ensuring a continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.

- Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales with large key accounts and long sales cycles (12+ months).

- Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven history of sales success in key account management.

- Preferred Background: Familiarity with packaging equipment or experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods/beverage industry. A self-starter with a growth mindset and a knack for navigating complex challenges.
