As a rapidly growing brand, we’re looking for a results-driven Head of Growth to lead our next phase. If you’re passionate about e-commerce, leading high-performance teams, and driving multi-channel revenue, this is your chance to make an impact!
The Head of Growth is responsible for driving significant e-commerce growth and overall revenue performance across eCommerce retail channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead an established Growth Team, have full P&L accountability, and collaborate cross-functionally with brand, sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams. Your role will be to develop and execute strategies to further scale business globally, optimize customer journeys, and leverage data to drive performance and make strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and refine a comprehensive growth strategy for rapid e-commerce scaling alongside traditional retail channels.

🔹 Revenue Growth: Oversee the optimization of multi-channel revenue, focusing on maximizing efficiency, profitability, and growth. Regularly review and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.

🔹 Customer & Partner Engagement: Drive innovative campaigns to attract premium customers and enhance brand positioning across both online and offline channels. Focus on optimizing the customer journey to increase conversions, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV).

🔹 Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics to optimize strategies and track performance. Lead the growth team’s investment in technology to enhance operations and provide scalable solutions for real-time performance tracking.

🔹 Leadership & Team Management: Lead and inspire the Growth Team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering collaboration across departments.

What you will need:

Experience: 8-12 years in e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving significant growth.
Leadership: Strong leadership experience, with a history of managing and scaling, cross-functional teams.
E-commerce Expertise: Extensive experience in scaling e-commerce operations within a related industry, with a deep understanding of online business models.
Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven approach, with the ability to use analytics to optimize and scale growth strategies across multiple channels.
Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and align teams towards achieving business goals.
