Position: Emerging Accounts – Sales Associate

 Overview: 

As an Emerging Accounts Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our software solutions to small to mid-sized brands and retailers. This role requires strong communication skills, entrepreneurial energy, and the ability to understand customer needs and align them with our products. 

 What you’ll do at Browzwear  

  •  Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach. Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects. 
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our software with the assistance of solutions consultants 
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within organizations. 
  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve favorable outcomes for both the client and the company. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction post-sale. 
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics. 

 


Requirements

What you’ll bring to the team:   

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not required). 
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in B2B software sales, preferably within corporate or SMB markets. 
  • Strong understanding of software solutions (SaaS, enterprise solutions, cloud software, etc.). 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to manage a complex sales cycle and work with senior-level executives. 
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). 
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
