Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, facilitating sales processes, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales team and other departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to preparing sales documents, quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Manage and maintain customer databases and CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team as required.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales presentations and materials.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing product information and assisting with sales inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including operations and finance, to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and projects.
  • Monitor and track sales orders from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support marketing initiatives by assisting in the organization of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales and customer information.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
