This is a remote position.

Sales Administrator  

 

Our Client is a Compressed Air Sales, Installation and Service Specialist. They are an authorised distributor for some of the UK’s leading manufacturers of compressed air and vacuum equipment, as well as aftermarket parts/ downstream equipment.

Their industry caters to a variety of different sectors. They have a varied customer base and deal with many different industries; Pharmaceuticals, Aviation, Food & Beverage, Mechanical and more. Compressed Air is a crucial element in many organisations being able to function effectively and carry out their day-to-day processes.

 

They are looking for a Sales Administrator who can confidently and effectively liaise with customers and suppliers to maintain exceptional customer service and quality. The role will be primarily sales administrative responsibilities. However, the successful candidate will also assist with other areas.

 

The successful candidate will work closely with our business development/ sales team to support growth and success. Your role will be assisting with multiple business areas, offering you variety, vast experience and opportunity for professional growth. You will need to work well within a team, collaborating with others, deliver a professional and positive experience to our customers and be motivated to succeed.

Primary responsibilities

·       Assisting with maintaining and developing Quality Management processes and procedures
·       Sales duties, including, quoting customers, following up quotations, resolving customer queries, upholding customer service levels etc
·       Administrative duties, including, order management, documentation and processing
·       Contributing to Health and Safety activities to ensure all business stakeholders are safe
·       Business development by way of building relationships with suppliers, existing and prospect customers, contributing to overall growth of the         
       company etc
·       Supporting Marketing within the business, assisting with development of content both for the company website and social media when required
