  • Full time position
  • Renumeration: up to Php 50k per month.
  • Work Schedule: 7AM to 4PM PHST
  • Hybrid Arrangement: Ortigas Area

Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive legal support Senior Paralegals and Solicitors.
  • Review, amend, and prepare legal documents required for the business or transaction.
  • Liaise with third parties, including clients and other stakeholders related to matter.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy in client billing and invoices.
  • Assist in general administration duties such as documentation, proofreading correspondences, and research.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entered in the CRM System  (Action Step) provided. 
  • Respond to inquiries, calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Paralegal in law firm. 
  • Ideally, in an Australian Law firm , specialise in Family law.
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (2x WFH and 3x onsite)
  • Experience with Action step is preferred.
  • Experience in an office environment
  • Typing speed of a minimum of 60wpm with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Drive.
  • Advanced organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
