Job Title: Remote Paralegal & Evictions Manager (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,500 - 2,000 USD/month depending on experience & PTO based on tenure

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Time

Job Overview:

Our client is an emerging real estate company with around 2,500 tenants, seeking an Eviction Process and Paralegal Manager to oversee the eviction process for delinquent tenants and provide paralegal support for all company legal documents. This role requires a highly organized individual to manage and coordinate eviction proceedings, Stipulated Payment Agreements, and ensure legal documentation is accurate and properly handled.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between upper management and local attorneys in multiple states for all eviction-related matters.
  • Organize and maintain tenant files, ensuring they are prepared and submitted for eviction in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with attorneys to initiate and oversee eviction processes for delinquent tenants.
  • Draft, negotiate, and oversee Stipulated Payment Agreements with tenants, ensuring compliance with terms.
  • Provide paralegal support for the preparation, review, and organization of legal documents related to real estate transactions, tenant agreements, and other legal matters.
  • Ensure legal documents are properly filed, tracked, and comply with state regulations.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on the status of eviction cases, payment agreements, and legal documentation to upper management.
  • Develop and maintain an organized reporting system to track eviction cases, payment agreements, and legal filings.



Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Paralegal certification or relevant experience in legal document management is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with attorneys, tenants, and upper management.
  • Ability to manage a diverse and high-volume workload.
  • Experience in property management, legal administration, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • This position plays a key role in managing the legal and operational aspects of our company’s eviction process while ensuring all legal documents are handled accurately and efficiently.
