Responsibilities

Deliver excellent IT support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring quick resolutions.
Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions and issues resolved.
Work collaboratively with team members to streamline customer inquiries and solutions.
Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information.

Requirements

Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
A background in IT support or technical troubleshooting is a big plus.
