Responsibilities

Conduct initial client intake and meetings

Obtain and organize medical records

Prepare demands and request police reports and 911 run records

Document medical records and verify liens/bills

Maintain regular communication with clients, checking in on their progress

Coordinate client appointments with doctors or physical therapists

Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in personal injury law

Strong work ethic and excited to learn about Personal Injury

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience with legal case management software (e.g., Trialworks) is a plus

Bilingual In Spanish Or Creole (preferred But Not Required)

Excellent communication and writing skills

Strong organizational and attention to detail

Self-motivated with a proactive approach

Desire to excel and grow with the firm
