Your missions

In this role you will provide support to a lawyer or a law firm team, assisting them with a range of tasks. Experience in personal injury cases is a plus. You will be working 50 hours per week during American business hours and get paid weekly.

Responsibilities:

« Doing legal research for discovery

« Doing legal writing (motions, documents)

« Answering and screening emails and calls

« Entering, screening, and processing data

« Preparing and editing legal documents

« Scheduling hearings and meetings

« Supporting client billing and payments

« Preparing and editing website content

« Managing business social media accounts

« Creating task boards and project schedules

« Maintaining customer files and documents

Qualification & Experience Requirements

« Fluent in English, written and oral

« Experience managing business correspondence in English

« Experience supporting lawyers, paralegals, or law firms 2+ years

« Experience in legal research and legal writing (family law)

« Experience using legal software like Clio, Lexis, Westlaw, Casetext

« Experience of working in international teams (preferably with Americans)

« Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications

« Intermediate knowledge of social media management

« Excellent personal presentation and telephone manner
