Job Overview

Join a prestigious AmLaw 200 firm as a skilled Real Estate Legal Secretary in our San Diego office, where a hybrid remote work model is offered. This pivotal role is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to Partners within our Real Estate Transactional practice area. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare essential closing documents, including the compilation of closing binders.
  • Schedule appointments and oversee attorney calendars, ensuring meticulous tracking of all key dates and deadlines.
  • Conduct conflict checks for new client matters, draft engagement letters, and establish new client files.
  • Maintain and accurately update client matter files with a keen eye for detail.
  • Provide assistance to attorneys across various practices as needed.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary specializing in Real Estate.
  • Proficient in various software applications, notably the Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with iManage is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary in the Real Estate sector is essential.
  • Expertise in software applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with iManage is preferred.
