About the role

As a Customer Experience Intern you will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience of our customers and captains through consistent communication and support. This position requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who can handle a high volume of calls, provide guidance to captains, and gather valuable feedback for various departments.

What you'll do

  • Engage in outreach to captains and customers, providing assistance, guidance, and support to enhance their experience.
  • Offer coaching and feedback to help captains improve their performance and address any issues.
  • Build relationships through positive, proactive communication and ensure captains are well-supported.
  • Reach out to customers and to gather insights and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality through the collection of survey data and various assigned tasks.
