The Role Logistics

As the Refund Stacker Manager, you will oversee the operational management of the Refund Stacker tool and the internal processes related to handling client reimbursements. This role focuses on process optimization, internal team management, and ensuring the successful execution of workflows without direct client interaction. Your expertise will help streamline the claim management process and improve operational efficiency across the Refund Stacker team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the internal processes related to Refund Stacker’s reimbursement claim workflows.
  • Manage and mentor the case management team, ensuring smooth operation and team productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and refine claim management processes and tools.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the timely processing of claims and issue resolution.
  • Identify bottlenecks in operational workflows and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Implement new strategies and tools to enhance the overall performance of the Refund Stacker service.
