The Role & what you’ll do:
You will join our global international People Services Team based in Poland, Slovakia and Czech Republic, working with 12 European jurisdictions. This role reports to a Group People Services Manager.
As People Services HUB Lead you will be the contact person for our employees and line managers as well as the People team departments in Warsaw, Bratislava, Prague and London in all organisational and administrative matters.
As a People Services Hub Lead you will be:
- Coordinating the People Services team members for dedicated entities (Secret Escapes and Travelist)
- Performing People related administrative tasks for assigned countries within the Secret Escapes Group
- Performing regular data checks in HR IS, reports for payroll, overseeing and checking correction of payroll errors, cooperating with external payroll providers, resolving more complex payroll issues
- Reviewing upcoming legislative changes in labour law, tax and social security regulations and arranging necessary updates of policies and process
- Advising managers and employees on people processes related policies
- Acting as the first point of contact for more complex inquiries and acting as a substitute first point of contact for personnel-related standard inquiries for dedicated entities
- Preparing of contracts, addendums and other documents
- Proactively proposing development and evolving usage of our new HR IS across the SE Group with the aim to establish common ways of working across the Group with the aim to provide self service to employees and managers and automise or track key processes within one HR IS
- Collaborating closely with line managers, People Partners and the rest of the Global People Team
You will bring:
- Proven professional experience in HR, with focus on administrative tasks (we do require knowledge of foreign legislation)
- Fluency in English
- Communicative written German would be an advantage
- Some experience in coordinating team’s work

- Independent, structured and detail-oriented way of working as well as high employee orientation
- High sense of responsibility

- Experienced in providing people operations support in more than 1 country
