Customer Order Specialist with Finnish

Job Description


You will be responsible for creating offers and managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. On daily basis you will have a chance to be crucial part of Supply Chain process at Philips GBS Lodz.


Your role:

  • Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked.

  • Pro-active collaboration with the account managers, project managers, product managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the supply chain

  • Ensure that all parts of a customer orders are correctly listed on the order

  • Pro-actively communicate to customers internal in a clear and customer-centric way

  • Working in SAP

You're the right fit if:

  • You have experience in fields related to customer service, order management, procurement, supply chain, logistic

  • You know and use Finnish and English on C1 level

  • You are an excellent problem solver and have good organization skills

  • You are a team player and have good communication skill

  • Konwledge of SAP will be a plus
