We're looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to support our Office Manager with daily tasks. If you enjoy keeping things organized and being the go-to person for a variety of office needs, we want to hear from you!
What you'll do:
Help keep the office tidy and well-organized
Manage inventory of office supplies, equipment, and groceries
Unpack, organize, and send out packages
Conduct research for purchasing technical products needed for projects, event supplies, and employee gifts
Process invoices and add them to our system
Assist in organizing company events like training sessions, team-building activities, and business trips
Handle other assigned tasks as needed
About the role: This is a part-time position, with flexibility on how the hours are distributed - either daily, on select days, or in the afternoons. The role is on a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) with an hourly rate of 40 - 50 PLN gross, and we expect approximately a half-time commitment.
