Your missions

We are currently looking for a Virtual Desk Operator to join our team at Staff4Me. As a Virtual Desk Operator, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and messages, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks. This is a remote position, so you will be able to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Take detailed messages and relay them to the appropriate person
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Experience with virtual phone systems is a plus

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult customers
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
