Job description

Here’s why we need your help

Our Revenue Operations team is working to optimize how we manage enterprise customers to ensure our sales team is equipped with the most accurate and up-to-date information. Your efforts will directly support our ability to have more meaningful and effective sales conversations.

Work Location

This role is required to be in office. Flexibility to work from home occasionally.

How you know you’re being successful
  • Our enterprise customers in our CRM system is more organized and complete, enabling the sales team.
  • Attribution has been initiated for enterprise customers, ensuring the sales team has clear visibility into the value being delivered.
  • You’ve left the data cleaner and more organized than you found it, reducing duplicates and improving overall data quality for the team.
We’ll expect you to do things like these
  • Build out enterprise customer accounts in Copper, ensuring all centers are added and correctly parented within the system.
  • Address new centers as they are added, ensuring they are parented immediately and connected to the appropriate accounts.
  • Perform data clean-up tasks, such as resolving duplicate accounts and slugs to maintain a clean, organized database.
  • Assist with ongoing data projects, supporting efforts to enhance accuracy and improve the overall integrity of our sales data.
  • Conduct complex data analysis projects, leveraging Excel or Google Sheets to generate insights and inform sales operations strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with statistics or data analysis, including the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights.
  • Ability to be in the office 3 days a week.
What we think will improve your chances of success
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, especially working with data sets and using formulas for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and an understanding of account management best practices.
  • Prior experience working on data projects or performing data clean-up tasks to improve data quality.
  • Experience with or Coursework in Statistics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to data organization challenges.
  • Interest in sales operations, revenue processes, or data-driven decision-making.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $18.00 to $20.00/hour. Compensation may be adjusted based on tenure and experience..
