Job description

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This role combines strategic project management, process optimization, and cross-functional communication to drive our sales operations forward.

As our Sales Operations Specialist, you'll leverage your expertise in CRM management, particularly HubSpot, to implement automation and streamline our sales processes, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage sales operations tasks and initiatives, ensuring efficient execution through Jira.
  • Process Structuring: Develop, document, and optimize sales processes, ensuring they are clear, structured, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Business Development team and the Marketing, Customer Success, Financial, Legal, and Operational departments to ensure alignment on strategies and initiatives.
  • CRM Management: Configure and maintain our HubSpot CRM system, optimizing pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and implementing strategic automation.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive guides for the team on effective CRM usage, covering best practices and automation workflows.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sales Operations or a similar role, demonstrating a positive impact on sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong project management skills, preferably with experience using Jira.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including complex pipeline setup, automation, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure, document, and optimize processes.
  • Experience creating clear, concise, and effective internal documentation.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance work efficiency and output quality.
