Job description

We are looking for a Deal Desk Analyst who will be responsible for structuring deals and preparing and managing sales quotes, specifically focusing on the Americas region.

Responsibilities

Structuring Deals:

  • Prepare Quotes that align with client requirements and maximize mutual benefit.
  • Utilize knowledge of Creatio’s products, SaaS metrics, and data analysis to perform complex calculations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, legal, and finance teams to ensure contractual compliance and financial viability.

Documentation

  • Structure technical information into clear, concise business language.
  • Prepare instructional materials for sales teams and other departments.

Ongoing Tasks

  • Active involvement in sales operational projects.
  • Regularly update and cleanse customer data in the CRM system.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and complex calculations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Experience in deal desk management preferred.
  • Proficiency in English.
