Your Role

Your first year will be filled with interactions across multidisciplinary teams and a comprehensive onboarding process designed to make you feel right at home at Bonitasoft.

What to Expect ?

In your first 3 months, you’ll meet the different teams and take Bonita training to familiarize yourself with our products. Meanwhile, you’ll start collaborating closely with your mentor and the relevant teams to update your first training session. Your expertise will be invaluable in enriching and improving our learning paths.

By 6 months, you’ll have updated existing training and participated in several sessions delivered by our training consultants. You’ll actively contribute to ensuring the quality of our training programs by applying Qualiopi standards.

By 12 months, after co-facilitating your first training sessions with a consultant, you’ll be ready to deliver them independently. Your work will also contribute to achieving Qualiopi certification for our training offerings.

Who Are You?

You’re someone who loves to teach, share, and see others grow through your guidance. You already have experience in technical training, preferably in the software industry.

And because our solutions are built around Java, basic Java development skills will be necessary to understand and support our clients effectively.

You’re comfortable switching between in-person and remote training and are always focused on delivering the best possible experience.

  • Let’s Get to Know Each Other In your first conversation with Christelle, our Talent Acquisition Specialist, we’ll introduce you to Bonitasoft, our values, and our mission. We’ll also take the time to learn about your background, motivations, and aspirations.
  • Meet Your Future Manager Next, you’ll have a discussion with Guillaume, your potential future manager. This will be an opportunity to talk about the challenges and opportunities related to the role, as well as to better understand the team dynamics and ongoing projects.
  • Put Your Skills into Action Time to get practical! During a practical exercise, you’ll have the chance to showcase your expertise by presenting a technical case. It’s an opportunity to demonstrate how you tackle challenges and to offer insight into your teaching approach.
  • Final Interview Finally, you’ll meet with Charlotte, our VP of People, to wrap up the process and answer any remaining questions. This final conversation is meant to ensure that you can fully envision yourself at Bonitasoft and that you share our ambitions.
