About Kodex:

Kodex is an end-to-end encrypted Legal Request Portal that simplifies the legal request process for government agencies and the private sector, fostering transparent communication between our clients and law enforcement while safeguarding citizens’ rights. We operate on a global scale, collaborating with international government agencies to ensure secure and efficient communication.

Position Overview:

Kodex is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our Threat Intelligence Department. As an intern, you will be responsible for assisting with the initial stages of law enforcement inquiries, analyzing data, and collaborating with international agencies to facilitate effective communication. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, working alongside senior team members and supporting critical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in triaging and responding to inquiries from law enforcement agencies worldwide.
  • Analyze data and gather relevant information to support ongoing cases.
  • Communicate effectively with international government agencies via email and phone, taking into account different time zones.
  • Work closely with senior team members to provide key support in managing law enforcement relationships and inquiries.
  • Participate in cross-departmental collaborations to enhance workflow and improve overall efficiency.
  • Support the executive team in achieving company goals through timely and accurate handling of cases.
  • Assist in updating policies and procedures aimed at improving team performance and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and contribute ideas to help improve processes and strategies.

  • Requirements:
  • Final year or graduated undergraduate students only.
  • Minimum of 3 days a week (30 hours); 5 days a week also available.
  • 6-month commitment, until the end of April 2025, starting in October.
  • Strong interest in operations, government relations, fraud, trust and safety or law enforcement support.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • High proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) and ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and manage priorities effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing company.
