Key responsabilities:
- Manage OCM and communication tasks.
- Create and implement OCM strategy.
- Develop communication content for stakeholders.
- Support training creation and strategy.
- Provide guidance on business changes.
Drive and maintain our strategy to fulfill Stakeholder Communication needs via Channels such as GSite, InfoSessions, Newsletters etc
Will be accountable for all OCM ( Organozation Change Management) and communication related tasks on the project and report to the IT and / or Business Project Lead
Create and drive forward OCM ( Organozation Change Management) strategy for the whole OneCMS Plattform (rollout of IT solution, business change as well as project-internal and towards stakeholders)
Drive efforts around business- and business-process-related changes and efforts (based on backlog) and provide guidance, communication templates etc. across all levels of the organization on how to implement those changes
Create communication content relating to OneCMS for various purposes and channels eg end-users, stakeholders and higher management
Prepare overview presentations, newsletter updates etc.
Support with training creation and with the training strategy if required
