Work You Will Do

Our Transformation Team is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support the change management workstream within a large-scale transformational program. This role plays a critical part in enabling successful outcomes for both business and IT personnel by ensuring smooth transitions and high adoption rates. The Change Management Specialist will collaborate closely with team leads to execute change initiatives, manage knowledge transfer from prior vendors, and contribute to strategies that drive engagement and adoption across impacted teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of change management activities in alignment with broader program objectives.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy to address the needs of business and IT stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing knowledge transfer processes during vendor transitions to ensure seamless handover of responsibilities and information.
  • Collaborate with program leadership to embed change management strategies into the overall transformation roadmap.
  • Identify and escalate risks associated with change initiatives, proposing solutions to mitigate disruption and enhance adoption.
  • Execute tailored communication and engagement plans to inform and inspire diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Assist with impact assessments to understand how program changes affect business and IT personnel, and support interventions.
  • Provide input for training materials and delivery plans to build skills and readiness among impacted teams.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of change management efforts, offering insights for continuous improvement.

Role Summary

Qualifications
  • Experience contributing to change management efforts within large-scale transformational programs.
  • Knowledge of managing change impacts across business and IT functions.
  • Familiarity with vendor transitions, including knowledge transfer and integration planning.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement of change management practices.
