Job role

The Third Party Risk Management Expert will be supporting of the run of Third Party  Risk Management in AZ Technology globally. Further, the Third Party Risk Management Expert is also steering the design and implementation of the global TPRM tool in order to harmonise the TPRM process landscape and create synergies between adjacent safeguarding functions.

 

What you will do

  • Manage and oversee efficient and effective implementation of the AZ Technology Outsourcing Policy across AZ Technology including branches and subsidiaries;
  • Independently track progress of  TPRM actions of Local Entities and IT Functions and pro-actively communicate with stakeholders ;
  • Ensure the Outsourcing inventory of all Outsourcing agreements and key supporting documentation of the Outsourcing process is managed and adequately in place;
  • Plan and facilitate completion of all Risk and Control Assessments for Outsourcing Service Providers across the Outsourcing Lifecycle; own the System of Governance control for the Outsourcing Function;
  • Contribute to the publication the annual Outsourcing Assurance Report for AZ Technology senior management and its customers;
  • Support roll out of TPRM tooling solution within AZ Technology Branches
  • Prepare Third Party Vendor management related reports / dashboards and report to senior management;

 

What you bring

  • Multi-year professional experience, in different areas of IT risk management or other safeguarding functions
  • university degree (Legal, Business, Economics, computer Science or similar)
  • Good understanding of the risk categories: operational risk, IT risk, project risk, third party risk, business risk
  • Basic knowledge of local regulatory environment and standards like: COBIT 2019, COSO, ISO27xxx, ISAE/SOC

 

You have

  • Ability to apply strategic, analytical and sustainable thinking and problem solving capabilities
  • Team player, ability to work individually and virtual international, share information and support colleagues; International experience is a plus;
  • Develop and carry out plans to deliver quality results on time;
  • Experience in managing outsourcing third-party or related activities is a plus
  • High quality oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, knowledge of ORGS, SNOW, MicroStrategy are a plus
