We are offering a part-time 3-month traineeship for a motivated individual with skills in project management, administrative support, client relations, and recruitment. This position provides a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in managing operations, supporting executives, and contributing to recruitment efforts across various regions.

This part-time traineeship offers valuable experience and the chance to work closely with a dynamic team while gaining exposure to project management and recruitment strategies.

Your Tasks
  • Project Management: Assist in overseeing projects, ensuring milestones are met and aligning with business objectives.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Client Support: Act as a key contact for clients, addressing inquiries, maintaining communications, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Recruitment & Talent Sourcing: Participate in the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening, and onboarding. Use tools like LinkedIn Full Recruiter Seat, Lever, and Notion to attract top talent.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Contribute to developing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • AI Tools: Leverage ChatGPT and Perplexity to enhance research and recruitment processes.

  • Your Profile
  • Must have experience working or handling international clients such as in the US, Australia or Europe.
  • A keen interest in project management, client relations, and recruitment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, LinkedIn Full Recruiter Seat, Lever, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a willingness to learn.
  • Background in recruitment and digital marketing is a plus.

  • Languages
  • Professional proficiency in the English language is required.
  • Knowledge of other international languages is an asset but not necessary.

  • High-speed and reliable internet with a minimum of 50mbps;
  • Windows or Mac IOS computer/laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 or i7 processor, 8 GB RAM, and 256 GB SSD.
