Operations Manager – Metrics Vocational Services 

Full Time 

Location:  Remote

JOB SUMMARY  

  • Drive for growth to achieve financial objectives. 
  • Accountable for the P&L’s in your region. 
  • Lead your Program Managers to achieve their clinic business performance goals and implement company initiatives.  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Meet or exceed established business unit performance targets. 
  • Promote shared vision and values and use those principals to guide actions. 
  • Address issues in an open, constructive, professional manner, and persuade others to approach issues in the same manner. 
  • Effectively manage and support the Manager’s, including supporting the people strategy with Manager’s and staff. 
  • Suggest and ask for the others’ ideas to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. 
  • Approve payroll, invoices and expenses for Manager’s in their region. 
  • Identify the potential in others and take opportunities to apply and develop that potential. 
  • Grow regions through business development initiatives. 
  • Coach Manager’s to ensure they maintain HR targets and initiatives
  • Maintain the Naturalized AR going forward. 

  

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES: 

  • Achieve monthly financial targets for each business unit in region. 
  • Lead Management Teams in a way that promotes company culture and a high employee engagement score.
