About The Role

As the Banking and Payroll Support Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our payroll team, coordinating ACH and Reverse Wire banking processes while providing crucial administrative support. Your efforts will ensure that payroll-related transactions are processed accurately and on time, directly contributing to the success of our clients.

What You'll Do
  • Administer and process daily banking transactions, including ACH and Reverse Wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track and reconcile outgoing payroll payments, verifying proper documentation before processing.
  • Conduct audits of banking transactions, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and maintaining detailed records.
  • Support Payroll Account Managers by updating employee accounts, managing client and employee inquiries, and creating case files for incoming requests.
  • Provide backup support for the Payroll & Office Management Assistant when needed.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in banking, payroll processing, or financial administration.
  • Strong understanding of ACH and wire transfer processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with payroll systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client-facing experience and a customer service mindset.

The compensation range for this role is $27-$32/hour. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth and years of experience, certifications, and specific location.
