Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Accountant to join our esteemed organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the financial and administrative operations for our network of 13 quick-serve restaurant locations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post accounting entries to the general ledger.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and reconcile daily store sales and deposit activity.
• Manage accounts payable and lead the monthly financial close and reporting process.
• Collaborate with auditors as required and engage in special projects as assigned.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in GAAP and adeptness with accounting software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Sage Intacct.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Pro Plus 2023 and banking systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in an accounting role is essential.
• Previous exposure to the quick-serve restaurant industry is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits

We provide a competitive salary in the range of \(55,000 to \)65,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, HSA, life and disability insurance options, paid time off, and 401(k) plans.
