Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Proactive cooperation in the local Management Team in developing the Customer Group strategy
  • Take the responsibility to identify potential, define sales activities (e.g. national listings and negotiations, price & condition negotiations, etc.), coordinate the regional execution with Territory Managers / Sales Reps, following the given standards and protocols
  • Coordination and Handling of direct customers incl. budget (turnover) responsibility
  • Gain new business via new customer acquisition according to defined goals and targets

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Key Account Management in General Cleaning Business
  • Experience in selling explainable and high quality products and systems
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge in using Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM Systems
