Job Purpose:
Foster strong relationships with the customer acquisition team to enhance collaboration and drive results.
Handle entire Sales and Distribution operations including monitoring and execution of sales strategy.
Develop and grow Modern Trade business in the assigned geography.
Ensure implementation of ways of working as per defined guidelines and ensure compliance to the provided company’s SOPs
Job Related Experience:
Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities, providing valuable insights to the Company to stay ahead in the market, ensuring compliance with competitive analysis policies.
Assess and manage the financial health of customers, making informed decisions to maintain balance and profitability, while adhering to financial compliance standards.
Conduct regular commercial visits to stay attuned to market realities and develop corrective actions with customers, field sales teams, or other departments as needed, ensuring policy compliance.
Develop and coordinate channel activity plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strict adherence to company policies.
Confirm promotional activities, including items and discounts, for inclusion in leaflets and special actions, ensuring compliance with promotional policies.
Update the business plan monthly, ensuring alignment, progress tracking, and compliance with strategic planning policies.
Track stocks and sales for Haleon brands, preparing insights for extended teams to inform strategic decisions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with customers, Head of MT, and Commex to prepare for annual negotiations and business reviews, ensuring comprehensive and strategic planning in compliance with company policies.
Implement KPIs established with Head of MT, commex adhering to Haleon standards to drive performance, accountability, and compliance.
Deliver sales, growth, business, and profitability targets while maintaining discipline in execution and compliance with company policies.
Act as Area Lead for all Modern Trade related support and queries for assigned geography.
Drive distributor and AKAM to deliver business and strategic objectives, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining discipline in operations.
Ensure smooth JBP development, JBP negotiations, and JBP execution at customer and across door level, adhering to compliance standards.
Strong implementation of ways of working
Check and ensure in-store execution, on-shelf availability, Planogram compliance, share of shelf, and sales as per agreed JBP, process, SOPs, and shared guidelines, maintaining discipline in execution.
Ensure strict compliance with the Company’s SOPs, policies, and provided instructions, maintaining discipline and confidentiality of data as per company’s IT and data policy

Strong Communication, Training, and development of team members

Why you?
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent with area of specialization in Account Management, Account handling, Sales and operations
Minimum 2 Years in Account Management (IMT, LMT,CSD) or trade Management
Should possess strong knowledge of RTM, Account Management, PJPs, Distributor handling and Sales KPIs.
Should have a sound knowledge of Accounts management.
Time & priority management
Good Negotiator
Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills, especially in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Capability for effective problem-solving and decision-making
Sales forecasting
Customer Orientation
Proficiency in using the MS Office suite.
Hands on experience of Salesflo system would be a Plus.
