Avalara is looking for a dedicated and organized Marketing Lead Generation Operations Manager to join our Partner Marketing team.
Reporting to Director.
Job Location: Pune (this is not a remote opportunity)
Lead Gen Program Administration
- Day-to-day administration of our existing and new partner lead generation programs including but not limited to:
- Project management
- Program enrollment requests
- Ticket submission via WorkFront and Jira for list scrubbing, lead scoring, etc
- Salesforce campaign and report creation
- Vendor engagement (if applicable)
- Internal and external (partner) communication of program updates
- Implement new programs, creating new workflows and process management
- Educate Partner Marketing and Partner Management teams through change management regarding program objectives and execution
- Review and process Market Development Funds (MDF) requests and claims to ensure program adherence
Through Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA) And Partner Portal Management
- Day-to-day administration of our TCMA module of our Partner Portal including but limited to:
- Develop and optimize partner onboarding to increase engagement and activate new partners.
- Maintain marketing content inventory including ongoing audits, removal of outdated content and publishing of new content.
- Recommend and implement features and integrations within the portal.
- Maintain and improve workflows to ensure leads generated from the portal are properly attributed. Track and report on lead lifecycle and performance.
Job Duties
What You'll Need to be Successful
You will work with the Marketing Programs Manager to implement, manage, measure, and optimize marketing programs to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability within our partner ecosystem.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of scale programs, including managing requests, and maintaining and improving workflows across multiple channels including through channel marketing automation.
About The Team
- 5+ years of experience in a partner marketing lead generation role.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field of study.
- Advanced experience in Salesforce.
- Advanced experience in Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software (MindMatrix/ Zift or similar)
- Must be comfortable working in an environment with many changeable demands and priorities, requiring scheduling flexibility, positive demeanor and a "can do" attitude.
