We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Director of Partner Marketing to lead the development of a world-class partner and channel marketing program. In this strategic role, you will collaborate closely with the Business Development team to enhance pipeline growth and revenue through existing channel partnerships while spearheading the development of new alliances. You will engage cross-functionally with teams such as Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Events, Client Success, and Sales to optimize partner relationships and maximize the value they deliver to our customers. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in aligning go-to-market strategies, messaging, and execution across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market initiatives that support our partnerships and channels team, including partner onboarding, enablement, and appreciation events
- Maintain regular communication with payroll and timekeeping system partners to ensure alignment and mutual benefit
- Lead the collaboration with partners on joint messaging, field enablement, and co-marketing programs.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and communication of initiatives such as events, webinars, whitepapers, and case studies
- Partner with Product Marketing to produce compelling collateral, webinars, and field enablement materials. Create high-impact content and landing pages for major programs and events
- Contribute to strategies for high-priority partners, identified by senior leadership, to drive referrals and deepen engagement
- Ensure accuracy and quality across marketing, CRM, and reporting systems, overseeing campaign management, asset tracking, and attribution
- Work closely with fellow marketers, sales teams, and Client Success colleagues to foster and develop new and existing partnerships
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years of partner marketing experience, with a proven track record of building innovative programs that drive revenue by optimizing partner relationships
- Background in high-growth B2B fintech and/or SaaS businesses is highly desirable
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with proven ability to engage and manage relationships with internal and external senior leadership teams
- Strong cross-team collaboration and interpersonal abilities, fostering a cohesive working environment
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and utilize analytics to inform strategy
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Looker is a plus

Compensation: $180,000 - $190,000 base + bonus. The actual base salary varies on job level and will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge. and skills. Tapcheck reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
