What you’ll do

• Maintain a high-quality bar in a complex and constantly evolving workspace
• Create Chatbots and Smart IVRs for the Squad and engage business, technology and other stakeholders to understand the value behind the initiatives that they are working on
• Support production deployment of Bots and help to perform “Sanity” checks
• Contributing towards continuous improvement of the development processes and practices and follow high coding standards 
• Ability to create and define a development approach for any given context and produce high value artefacts

What you’ll bring

• 4-6 years’ experience as a full stack developer with strong programming skills in Node JS and building API’s
• Experience in developing & implementing bots (Chatbots and Smart IVRs)

• Agile mindset
• Cloud technology development experience
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevOps, automation and source control systems
• An attitude of innovation, always keen to learn and try new things
