Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s growth initiatives, playing a crucial role in expanding their client base and streamlining operations. This position offers a unique blend of administrative support and business development, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the mental health sector. You’ll conduct outreach to potential clients, manage appointments, handle essential administrative tasks, and act as a key liaison between the facility, clients, and partners. Responsibilities
  • Spearhead client outreach initiatives, targeting rehabilitation homes and substance abuse facilities
  • Manage the owner’s calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating daily activities
  • Handle email communications and phone interactions with clients and potential partners
  • Maintain and update patient databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in verifying patient information and managing Medicaid processes
  • Collaborate with the owner on marketing efforts and business development strategies
  • Prioritize and manage tasks for the business owner, acting as a personal assistant
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and partnership opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a structured outreach process to support business growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in healthcare or mental health settings
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in email management, calendar scheduling, and database systems
  • Comfortable making and receiving phone calls in a professional manner
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with Medicaid processes is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
