As a Fresher HR at YO HR CONSULTANCY, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Utilizing various job portals and social channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Shine to source potential candidates.
  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, which involve screening and reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and understanding candidate requirements.
  • Advertising job openings on job boards, the company’s careers page, and social media to attract qualified candidates.
  • Effectively managing the candidate database.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and colleagues.
  • Preferably seeking immediate joiners to fulfill the recruitment needs efficiently.
