What will you be doing?**

The Engagement Manager is responsible for managing the client experience in order to maximize the value proposition across automated analytic solutions. The Engagement Manager acts as the solution expert to facilitate client adoption and coordinates internal activities with Product Management, Data Delivery, Implementation Leads, Commercial Leads and Client Insights / Solutions. **

Job Responsibilities**

  • Serve as a trusted partner and product expert to clients.
  • Manage the relationship with the client throughout the project duration and act as the main point of contact for Automated Solutions between client and Circana
  • Ensure the services delivered by Circana conform to what has been contractually agreed between client and Circana, and monitor the delivery of services against agreed schedule, quality, scope and budget
  • Act as the escalation point when issues arise with Circana’s resources / services and manage any dispute or conflict;
  • Create and deliver internal / external status reports related to client engagement and change requests
  • Share best practices and consulting with clients throughout duration of the project
  • Represent client perspective when requesting software enhancements to Product Management
  • Create and deliver custom client materials related to automated solutions (client meeting notes, training materials, analyses, engagement materials, etc.)
  • Deliver automated analytic solution product demonstration to new and existing clients.
  • Gather client testimonials, reference case studies and best practices to incorporate into the pre-sales process.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing efforts, as needed
  • Participate in training design, documentation and delivery efforts in concert with Product Management and other project team members
  • Lead client status meetings and participate in internal project team meetings
  • Drive client satisfaction consistent with the criteria set forth by Circana for all client facing resources.
  • Provide standardized and professional engagement process across all implementations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in client partnerships and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, confident presenting complex information across multiple levels of an organization, and able to handle competing priorities.

_ - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate across the business and technology organizations and present information to clients - A passion for using data and technology to solve business problems - Ability to understand the business requirements and convert them into solution requirements - Demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities - Ability to coordinate efforts and communicate priorities with cross-functional teams - Demonstrate a deep understanding of Circana Automated Analytic Solutions - Proven Solutions consulting experience in large enterprises

_The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

_ _The salary range for this role is $110,000.00 $140,000.00.

_ _This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
