We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to work in our international team.


The Opportunity


Our Senior IT Recruiter will join the Recruitment team dedicated towards market mapping, outreach, candidate engagement and long-term campaigns to bring the best talent into UpTeam. Your main focus will be building active pipelines for senior and Lead positions throughout various projects in UpTeam.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Work closely with technical leaders, hiring managers and the recruitment team to plan and execute innovative hiring strategies. We need someone who is results driven, proactive and positive-thinking.
  • Own the full cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing and supporting offers to the candidates
  • Work directly with our technical experts and stakeholders including C-level managers.
  • Contribute to the development of interview, on-boarding and training processes
  • Interview and assess candidates, organize interviews with hiring managers,
  • Manage offers and assist in candidate`s hiring,
  • Provide full support to internal stakeholders within the recruiting process (understanding and analyzing business needs, requirements, consulting on the market trends, etc.),
  • Maintain the database of candidates,
  • Explore and implement the market best practices in recruitment,
  • Participate in Employer branding activities and other recruitment projects.
  • Manage the candidate experience by ensuring that all candidates have positive interaction with UpTeam at all stages of the recruitment process
  • Track critical recruitment data, and produce regular (and ad-hoc) reports on recruiting activities
  • Engage candidates via social networks or email and get them excited about UpTeam as a career destination

Requirements

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Experience recruiting and/or sourcing at international in-house/agency projects
  • Knowledge and passion about sourcing strategies
  • Interest and desire to develop expertise in IT recruitment
  • Experimental mindset – you can test, measure, and scale new initiatives backed by data
  • Passion for improving both candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction at every step of the recruiting process
  • B2+ English

Would be an advantage:

  • Good understanding of IT roles at SW development companies
  • Experience of searching for the candidates in European countries
