Job description

This is a remote position.

We are a Portuguese company that values our people and their personal evolution. We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and help us find and attract top IT talent who will thrive in our organization. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs
  • Source and identify top IT talent through job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels
  • Screen and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure a strong match with the job requirements and our company culture
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders on recruitment progress and outcomes
  • Manage candidate data in our applicant tracking system
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition activities
  • Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role
  • Solid understanding of IT skills and job requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment activities at the same time
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Passion for identifying and developing top IT talent
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
