Description:
Adobe Campaign Technical Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing the systems architecture of the Client Campaign solution for customized instances using Adobe Campaign. He/she will help implement a solution that can provide real-time decisions for customers and connect customers to all the products in the Client Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Translate client needs to technical solutions based on a balance of architecture standards and plans, total cost of ownership and feasibility.
- Drive the network design covering the deployment, security and performance issues.
- Implement Client Campaign using database technologies, programming languages, and web technologies. This is a hands-on development role.
- Collaborate with other team members both in the U.S. and off-shore to design solutions that increase customer retention, loyalty, and acquisition
- Enable customers on Client Campaign best practices through a combination of side-by-side coaching and remote enablement
- Deliver successful outcomes for all size of projects on time and on budget.
Required:
- Experience with Adobe Campaign implementation
- 5+ years of experience in the architect role on enterprise software implementation/integration projects
- Passion for customer experience and driving customer success
- Expertise in designing and delivering highly scalable solutions and ability to effectively communicate the solution to the customers and to the internal teams
- Experience in system and performance analysis of distributed systems
- Expertise in web software development including client-side and server-side development
- Expertise in databases and optimizing RDBMS performance of at least the following database engines: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
- Proficiency in various flavors of Linux and Windows
- Proficiency in setting up network configuration, firewall rules, and NAT rules. DNS configuration experience is a plus
- Ability to travel to customer site as needed
