Executive Assistant Responsibilities
Manage and organize calendars for the value creation team, coordinating meetings and ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts
Plan, organize, and execute firm-hosted events, handling logistics, on-site coordination, and ensuring successful event delivery
Oversee office management tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining office organization, and handling day-to-day administrative needs
Process and track expense reports through Concur, ensuring timely and accurate submission while adhering to company policies
Act as the primary point of contact for the team, addressing scheduling conflicts, changes, and ensuring smooth coordination
Provide backup administrative support to other executive assistants, stepping in as needed to ensure seamless operations
Log essential data into CRM (Deal Cloud), assisting with deal tracking and project management to ensure timely follow-ups and progress
Executive Assistant Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting multiple Executives
Exceptional calendar management skills for up to 5 executives
Proficiency in event planning and coordination
Experience with Concur for expense report processing is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a highly professional, fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, Teams, and Dropbox
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage time effectively
