Introduction to the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate CO₂ Refrigeration Training & Aftersales Specialist to join our team in North America (Remote). In this dynamic role, you will provide hands-on, in-field technical support for CO₂ refrigeration systems, while also designing and delivering tailored training sessions for our customers and partners. You’ll work directly with clients, ensuring they gain the knowledge and confidence to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CO₂ systems effectively — making you a key player in both technical service and capability-building.

Responsibilities:

Field Technical Support:

  • Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and resolve issues with CO₂ refrigeration systems
  • Perform in-depth diagnostics and ensure systems meet performance and safety standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular technical visits and support

Training Development & Delivery:

  • Design and deliver specialized training programs on CO₂ systems for customers and their teams
  • Tailor training content to specific operational needs, focusing on hands-on application
  • Continuously improve training based on feedback, industry trends, and technology updates

Remote Support:

  • Provide timely remote support to customers and internal teams
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and remote monitoring platforms to assess system performance

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain clear records of field visits, training activities, and customer feedback
  • Create detailed reports highlighting common technical issues and improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate findings with the aftersales support team and leadership

Collaboration:

  • Partner with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and share insights from the field
  • Work with sales and marketing to support product rollouts and customer engagement on CO₂ technology

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Technology, or related field
  • Proven field experience with CO₂ refrigeration systems and customer support
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in technical training environments
  • Ability to travel 60–80%, including short-notice assignments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on, customer-focused approach

Preferred Skills:

  • EPA Section 608 Certification or similar refrigeration credentials
  • Experience in adult education or instructional design
  • Familiarity with digital training tools and platforms
