Proactively reach out to target accounts using email, phone, and social channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, booking discovery calls with decision-makers
Use AI-powered sales tools to craft personalized, high-impact messaging
Work alongside sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies and target profiles
1–3 years of outbound sales or BDR experience in a B2B environment
Strong prospecting skills and a consistent track record of hitting KPIs
Experience using modern sales tools (Gong, Apollo, ChatGPT, etc.)
Clear, persuasive communication and a consultative approach
U.S. time zone availability for team collaboration and outreach
